A Journey Through the Flavors of Colombia
Our menu is based on the culinary richness of Colombia, with a menu designed for all tastes. From appetizers that whet your appetite, such as arepas with hogao and empanadas, to main dishes that are a true tribute to tradition.
Typical Food : You can't leave without trying our iconic bandeja paisa, a complete dish with beans, rice, ground beef, pork rinds, egg, chorizo, arepa (corn pastry), avocado, and tajada (flat pastry). If you prefer something lighter, the mini bandeja paisa is the perfect option. We also offer sancocho de espinazo (backbone stew), tripe, and flank steak in Creole sauce.
Fresh Fish : Trout is the queen of our cuisine. We prepare it in a variety of ways: à la Martina, marinara, with garlic, au gratin, or simply fried. All trout dishes come with salad, plantain, or coconut rice.
Our Grill : For meat lovers, our grill offers prime cuts like tomahawk, ribeye, rump steak, and beef tenderloin. We also prepare steak and chicken chops, pork chops, and BBQ ribs.

Live Music : Enjoy musical performances every day from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, creating the perfect atmosphere for your celebrations.
